Along the Hero’s Journey you will encounter several “tests” and trials. As you succeed in facing your fears it is important that you reward yourself with symbols to remind you of the Courage you summoned to complete the task. As leaders we must remember that people will work harder for Honor than they will for money. Catch people when they do something RIGHT and reward them if you want them to repeat the performance. Most importantly, do it for YOU.
